ICHRA stands for Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement. This is a modern approach to health benefits where True North Recovery gives you a set amount of tax-free money to help you pay for your individual health insurance premiums and other qualified medical expenses. Instead of the organization providing a traditional group health plan, you’ll choose and purchase your own health insurance plan from the marketplace (like Healthcare.gov) or a private insurer. True North Recovery then reimburses you for a portion or all of your premium and eligible out-of-pocket costs, up to the amount they allocate for your ICHRA. This gives you more flexibility to pick a plan that best fits your individual or family needs.

This benefit provides a robust financial safety net that protects your income in both short-term and long-term scenarios where you’re unable to work due to illness or injury, all at no direct cost to you

A 401(k) plan is a retirement savings plan sponsored by your employer. When you contribute a portion of your pre-tax paycheck to your 401(k) account, True North Recovery will also contribute to your account. This is essentially free money that helps your retirement savings grow much faster! It’s almost always recommended to contribute at least enough to get the full employer match, as it’s a guaranteed return on your investment.

This means True North Recovery provides you with Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance at no cost to you. Since it’s 100% covered by the employer, you won’t have any premium deductions from your paycheck for this coverage. You are also able to enroll in additional voluntary coverage!

True North Recovery will cover 90% of the cost of your Vision and Dental insurance premiums and 50% for your spouse and dependents. This means you will be responsible for paying the remaining 10% of your premium and 50% of costs for your spouse or dependents.  This significantly reduces your out-of-pocket expenses for maintaining your eye and dental health.

This is a fantastic benefit, especially in the healthcare field! True North Recovery will cover the costs associated with any required or approved training and credentialing to help you maintain or enhance your professional qualifications.

This is a direct, regular payment from True North Recovery to you, specifically intended to help you build a customized benefits package that best fits your needs and covers expenses related to your personal health well-being. Unlike a reimbursement arrangement where you submit receipts, this is a set amount of cash paid out monthly. This stipend allows you to identify which supplemental benefits are best for you.

We offer 10 paid holidays each year so you can take time to rest, recharge, and spend meaningful moments with loved ones.

Team members accrue generous paid leave, giving you the flexibility to rest, recover, and take care of what matters most.

This benefit provides a fixed cash payment directly to the policyholder for a covered hospital stay. Unlike traditional health insurance, which pays medical providers, this benefit gives you cash to use for anything from medical copays and deductibles to everyday expenses like lost wages and household bills. It is not a replacement for major medical insurance but can be a valuable tool for those with high-deductible plans or anyone who wants extra financial protection against the costs associated with an unexpected hospital confinement.

This benefit provides a single, lump-sum cash payment directly to you upon the diagnosis of a serious medical condition. This benefit differs from traditional health insurance, which pays medical providers, and from disability insurance, which provides ongoing payments for an inability to work. The cash can be used for any purpose, from covering out-of-pocket medical costs like deductibles and copays to managing everyday living expenses and lost wages while you recover.

This benefit is available to you in the event you are injured in a qualifying accident. Unlike your primary health insurance, this policy pays you directly, and you can use the cash for anything you need, including medical expenses like deductibles and copays, or non-medical costs like lost income and childcare. It works alongside your major medical insurance to fill financial gaps.

This benefit provides legal insurance, offering a convenient way to access and pay for legal services for personal matters. The plans provide a “concierge service” to connect members with a qualified attorney from their nationwide network. The coverage generally includes a wide range of legal issues, such as family law, estate planning, real estate, and financial matters. The plans are designed to help members save money on attorney fees and provide peace of mind by covering common legal issues.

This benefit provides insurance for your dog or cat that helps cover the financial costs of unexpected veterinary care. By covering a portion of major vet bills, pet insurance helps you afford necessary treatments, allowing you to prioritize your pet’s health without the stress of high costs. This benefit allows you to have peace of mind for your whole family!
